Senior Service Advisor 

This collaborative role is one of the most important roles within the Dealership.

Utilising your exceptional upselling and communication skills with your technical mindset to drive success through the workshop, you will work with the Technicians to achieve targets and customer satisfaction as priority.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.300 am to 6 pm and Saturdays on a rota.

Key responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:

• Ensure that you maximise all service sales opportunities by using professional selling techniques.
• Record customer requirements and details accurately on our bespoke Company system.
• Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow up system.
• Ensure that the customer is fully informed of all products and services available.
• Sell additional products, services and repair work in a professional manner.
• Effectively operate a service department loading system.
• Carry out promotional work as directed.
• Assist the Service Manager when he is out of the business.

Required skills as a Senior Service Advisor:

• Knowledge and understanding of working within a customer role.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• IT and computer literate and ability to use various company systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organised and ability to manage workload.
