About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the dealership—the vital link between customers and the workshop.

You’ll manage customer relationships from start to finish, ensuring every experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations. It’s a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Managing bookings and coordinating service/repair work efficiently
  • Clearly explaining work required and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Promoting additional products and services
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records using internal systems
  • Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive experience is essential
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/telephone-based roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Confident in selling and influencing
  • IT literate with good attention to detail
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a professional approach
