Up to £45,000 basic DOE + Bonus (Uncapped – OTE £51,000)
Monday–Friday 8am – 5pm

We’re looking for a Master Technician to join our trusted, forward-thinking automotive team in Leamington Spa.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Master Technician accreditation
• EV and Hybrid qualifications (Desired for top banding of salary)
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Positive, reliable team player with a passion for learning.

 What We Offer

• Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
• Bonus Scheme: Realistic OTE £52,000 – £54,000 for top performers.
• Joining Bonus: £1,000 total (£500 on start + £500 after probation*)

Your Day-to-Day

• Diagnose, service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform complex diagnostics and fault-finding on modern systems
• Carry out vehicle health checks (including video, where applicable)
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Maintain workshop safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
