Our client, a long-established franchised dealer group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their exciting new dealership in Leicester.
With the launch of new franchises and a brand-new site, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.

Your Background

Proven track record in a sales environment

Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not essential

Strong ability to deliver excellent customer service

A genuine passion for sales and achieving results

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from start to finish

Guide customers through the purchase of new and used vehicles

Work towards and exceed sales targets

Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm
This role will be primarily based at the new Leicester site, contributing to the sale of approximately 1,000 vehicles annually across the team.
Salary & Benefits

Basic salary of £18,000
-
Realistic OTE of £40,000–£45,000 (uncapped commission)
