Car Servicing Technician & MOT Tester - Leamington Spa

Essential Requirements: 

• NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised or independent garage

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment

• Full, valid UK driving licence

• MOT Tester licence (highly desirable, but not essential)

About the Role
As a Car Servicing Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to the highest standards, ensuring vehicles are maintained efficiently and safely.

You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology and will receive full manufacturer training to support your continued development.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards

• Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety

• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Technically skilled with a strong attention to detail

• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

• Eager to learn and develop your skills further
