Essential Requirements

Proven experience in an Aftersales/Service Manager role within a franchised car automotive environment

Strong track record of delivering high CSI performance and exceeding financial targets

Experience with volume brands (PLC experience desirable but not essential)

A commercially focused mindset with the ability to drive performance and profitability

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-performing Service Department within an award-winning, family-owned automotive group based in Stourbridge.

About the Role
As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the efficient and profitable running of the Service Department. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while ensuring exceptional service delivery and achieving key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Department Performance: Drive profitability through labour, parts, and accessory sales

Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the department with full compliance

Customer Experience: Maintain and improve high levels of customer satisfaction

Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team

Budget Management: Plan, monitor, and achieve all financial targets

Marketing & Growth: Support initiatives to increase customer retention and market share

Communication: Lead team briefings and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence

Previous experience in a similar automotive leadership role (essential)

Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
