About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment while sharing your knowledge of the brand and its products.
Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional experience at every stage — from initial enquiry to vehicle handover — ensuring customers feel confident, informed and excited about their purchase.
Training will be provided to build your product knowledge, but enthusiasm for technology and strong customer engagement skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional first point of contact in person and online

Understand customer needs and offer tailored vehicle recommendations

Present vehicles clearly, explaining features and benefits in an engaging way

Conduct product presentations, test drives and vehicle handovers

Maintain a relaxed, non-pressured sales environment

Stay up to date with product knowledge and automotive industry developments

Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team

Hold a full UK driving licence (required for test drives)

Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 2 years)
