Realistic OTE of £45,000–£50,000 with uncapped commission

Professionally managed dealership with genuine career progression

Motability accreditation is desirable but not essential.
What We’re Looking For

Current Car Sales Executive with dealership experience (essential)

Consistent performer, typically selling 15–20 cars per month
-
Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused

Strong understanding of the full sales process

Stable employment history with a proven track record of success
Key Responsibilities

Meeting and welcoming customers

Understanding and qualifying customer needs
-
Conducting test drives
-
Carrying out part-exchange appraisals
-
Presenting tailored finance and vehicle proposals
-
Closing deals and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Completing quality handovers and deliveries
