My client, a leading Dealesrhipr is looking for car rental Manager in Staffordshire, a proactive and results-driven Rental Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a branch, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee all daily operations of the rental branch, including customer reservations, vehicle pick-ups/returns, and fleet management.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure optimal vehicle inventory and maintenance, ensuring all cars are in excellent working condition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local businesses to foster new partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally within the vehicle rental or automotive sector.
