🔧 VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – PART TIME
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Franchised Dealership – Commercial Workshop
3 Days per Week | Hourly Pay | Brand New Equipment

🚙 About the Role:

Join a well-established family-owned franchised dealer group at their commercial workshop in Burton-on-Trent, equipped with state-of-the-art vehicle lifts designed for Electric Vans and heavier-duty work.

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) to work part-time – 3 days a week, carrying out:

• Used car preparation

• Routine servicing and repairs

• General workshop duties

You’ll be working with brand-new equipment in a clean, professional environment.

🧰 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a workshop environment

• Experience with used car prep and service work

• NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent) in Vehicle Mechanics

• Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems

• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and software

• Positive, can-do attitude and team player

• Good communication and time management skills

• EV experience is a bonus – full manufacturer training provided

• MOT licence (VOSA Smartcard) would be an advantage, but not essential

• Dealership experience is not required
