Join a thriving, privately owned multi-franchise dealer group in the West Midlands. Our client is expanding and seeking a Skilled Service Technician to join their growing team in Stourbridge.

🔧 About the Role:

As a Professional Vehicle Technician, you’ll:

• Carry out service and maintenance work to manufacturer standards.

• Complete accurate Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) on all vehicles.

• Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and road testing.

• Maintain productivity and complete work within agreed timescales.

• Deliver high standards of workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.

MOT licence is an advantage, but not essential.

👤 About You:

We’re looking for technicians who are:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance.

• Experienced in a franchise dealership environment (preferred, but not essential).

• Comfortable using diagnostics and modern vehicle systems.

• Focused on efficiency, quality, and customer care.

• Holding a full, valid UK driving licence.
