Aftersales Manager – Staffordshire
Our client an independently owned franchised Dealer Group are looking for an Aftersales manager to manage the Service Department and Parts Department, to work closely with the Customer Service team to achieve quality and customer care objectives at their established business in the Staffordshire area.
Good IT skills are essential to this role.
We are looking for an established Aftersales Manager with a good track record of performance, staff satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.

Benefits
Package is £42k basic with an OTE of circa £58k.

Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Aftersales Manager will be to:
- Manage and support the service department
- Undertake regular reviews of departmental performance
- Undertake performance reviews and identify training needs
- Implement appropriate training and development plans
- Keep to up to date with technical information and to communicate relevant information to the team
- Recruit departmental staff
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets
- Produce regular reports on departmental performance
- Monitor and manage costs in accordance with agreed budgets
- Continually work to improve customer care standards
- Monitor and manage work in progress
- Monitor and control cash, trade and warranty debtors
- Attend meetings and training sessions
About You
As an Aftersales Manager you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
- The ability to lead, manage and motivate your team to maximise every profit opportunity, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- A stable and proven track record in managing an Aftersales department and be able to demonstrate delivering a profitable result
- A full clean driving licence
