Benefits

  • Starting salary £26k

  • Hours 8:30-5, 9-5:30 (alternating weeks) 1 hr lunch

  • Hybrid working – 2 days work from home, 3 days in office

  • Total 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

We are working with a respected Dealergroup in the West Midlands in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their Central team, reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

  • Produce invoices for new, used and trade sales, analyse accordingly
  • To ensure AFRL is processed in accordance with the processes laid down by DVLA and manufacturers
  • Using manufacturer portals to register new vehicles
  • Registering assistance and warranty policies on used car sales
  • Taxing company courtesy vehicles
  • Uploading paperwork to an electronic deal file system for use by the sales department and customers
  • Ensure that the sales administration department comply with the aims and objectives of the Company and the manufacturer customer satisfaction programmes
  • Processing consignment notes and vehicle invoices from the manufacturers
  • Monthly reports, including but not limited to uninvoiced lines, unreceived costs, floorstock statements, qualifying vehicle
  • Any adhoc tasks set by Team Leader or Sales Managers

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Keyloop or Kerridge experience
  • Experience of the motor trade
