Salary: Competitive Basic and Monthly Bonus Package

Key responsibilities as a Service Manager:

  • Lead and oversee the service department, managing a team of highly skilled technicians.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service department, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • To communicate with the customer regarding the repairs and any additional work required, providing excellent customer service and duty of care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and negotiate service agreements.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance department performance and profitability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our service department remains at the forefront of innovation.

Skills you need to be successful as a Service Manager:

  • Knowledge and experience of working as part of a service department.
  • Strong drive to succeed with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of multiple brands and their service requirements is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of automotive technologies and diagnostic tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
