New and Used Car Sales Executive

OTE £40K - £50K OTE- £50K  minimum no cap on earnings

Good Basic Salary

Commissions paid on Chassis profit plus products

Our client, a franchised dealer group is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their busy Sales Department at their dealership in Halesowen.

Preferable 2 years experience in the Automotive Industry, experience in retail also.

You must be a well-presented and professional sales person with a clear understanding of the sales process in order to be considered for this position and have a demonstrable record of success in the New car department

The main duties include assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles following a structured (but not rigid) sales process:- meeting and greeting customers, qualifying customer needs, carrying out test drives, part exchange appraisal, presenting proposals, closing deals and carrying out a quality delivery.

You will be currently working as a Car Sales Consultant but looking to join a professionally managed dealership where performance is highly rewarded and you will be recognised as an individual that contributes to the success of the business.

Experience in the New car side definitely an advantage
