Our client, Major Car Brand Franchised Dealership, has requested our help in searching for a very capable individual to join their successful team and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Dealership Accountant in the Staffordshire area.

The role requires knowledge of Navigator DMS or similar and Motor Trade experience, someone who can complete accounts but also work closely within Executive Senior Management to help improve the business. You will take overall responsibility for the respective Accounts departments, making sure all accounting functions run smoothly, from the daily operations through to the production of the monthly management accounts.

The Current Accountant is retiring and you will be able to work along side for at least 6 months.

You will need excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team to continually achieve their deadlines. In addition to the production of the monthly management accounts, operational forecasts and financial duties, the role will require the successful candidate to continually review and improve internal processes and modernize the department 

Previous experience of dealership accounting is a must and an experienced financial manager with an impressive track record gained either in the motor industry or an alternative fast moving commercial environment.

Experience on Motor Trada Knowledge advantage.

Salary: £40K pa + depending on experience + Extensive Benefits (this is negotiable for the right candidate)
