Site Coordinator / Progress Chaser

Our client, a main dealer in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Site Coordinator in a multifaceted role supporting their Sales department. 

As the main Site Coordinator for the dealership, you will work alongside the sales team ensuring the department runs smoothly and that dealer and company standards are maintained.

• Salary £24,000 + bonus (circa £1,000 per annum)
• Hours Mon-Fri

List of the main responsibilities are:

• Advertise used vehicles on various platforms
• Photo / Video Vehicles
• Chase prep work on all vehicles
• Make sure vehicles are clean & ready for photos
• Checking all incoming and outgoing stock

What they need from you:
 
Whilst they value experience, the role will suit someone with a passion for the motor trade, is IT literate and has an energetic apporach to their work!
 
A full driving licence is essential for the role, as you will be required to move vehicles around site. 

Having a good general understanding of MS Office packages and knowledge of Photoshop would be an advantage, but not essential.

Bringing strong organisational skills with great attention to detail, is a must, whilst being able to work calmly when under pressure, as you will be working to a tight timescale at times.
