Our client, a Franchised Main Dealer, is seeking an experienced Motor Trade Car Service Professional to join their team in Wisbech.

It goes without saying that you must have first class customer/people handling skills, a good telephone manner and be computer literate. You will be leading a team of 7 technicians and 2 front of house customer advisors with complete responsibility for the performance of the department including parts.

• Experience of working in the motor trade in a supervisory/management capacity is essential in order to be considered for this position as is confidence and enthusiasm!
• You'll be supervising workshop throughputs, manage any changes in day to day work flows, allocating work to technicians as requirements change, focus on commercial opportunities and coach service team members on best practice.
• Controlling work in progress and ensuring customer satisfaction is the ultimate main aim.

As well as the basic salary of £30-35,000 there will be the potential to earn performance related bonuses based on customer satisfaction scores and upselling, pushing your earnings up to a potential £50,000 OTE.
