Our client, a multi-franchise motor dealership group is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead their site in Bolton.
This is a well-established and fast moving operation and the importance of this appointment means that previous experience of operating at this level is essential for this role.
In order to be considered you will have previous experience as a General Manager/Dealer Principal. You must be able to demonstrate career stability within the Automotive Industry, with a real ability to generate profit. The ideal candidate will be an articulate leader who can motivate a large team and work to a process ensuring that the business is customer and profit focused. You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved at all levels of the business, in short you will lead from the front.
The successful candidate will have full profit and loss responsibility for the business, and have a particular emphasis on the continued improvement of the sales department, driving both customer service levels and profitability.
